In English, "baleada" refers to a popular Honduran street food dish consisting of a thick flour tortilla filled with various toppings, most commonly refried beans, crumbled cheese, and a type of Honduran sour cream called mantequilla. It's often described as a hearty and versatile dish, enjoyed at any time of day.
